We ship your order by Express Mail Service. After we ship it out we will send you a tracking number and a tracking link.

7. How long does it take to receive the merchandise after the payment verification?

Once your payment go through our credit card company we will process it asap. Normally it will take 1-2 business days for us to process it and 7-10 business day for shipping to most countries.

If you want to always keep your bag in good condition you had better wrap the chain then put the your bag in the dust bag when you don't use it.

9. I need this bag urgently, can you ship it out asap?

We can ship your order asap, but we can not guarantee you can get in time as you expected since we can not control the shipment once we send your order out. 10. I tried to place an order of $685 but never was given access to credit card information input, why?

That's because the total amount of your order over $600. One customer is just allowed to place order/orders not over $600 within 24 hours on our site if he want to buy via credit card. This is for the safety of both ous customers and us. If your order total amount over $600 you can choose the payment of western union.
